I have over 10 years of experience, and have worked across Fortune 500 companies in e-commerce, social media, and finance.  I specialize in content strategy and conversational design, and have done a lot of cool stuff, including:

  • Led the localization of the knowledge base that Meta content moderators use around the globe

  • Created the order support self-service page for Samsung.com

  • Built the digital help center for first republic bank clients acquired by JP Morgan.
